I want to install cruise control in nissan dayz by default there is no cruise control
Can i install? Is there any chance universal cruise control which can be installed in any car

It will be easier to install cruise capable steering wheel of the same and have it wired by an electrician.

There are many electricians nowadays who install cruise control. Check youtube for your local guy.
