Reason to sell: I bought 2 of these a few months ago and I only use one; therefore, it is going up for sale.

Onething more is it fixed? or u can increase its length like its a fold able type of plastic can be pulled to increase the length and pressed back in to fold to get back to its original size?

It's fixed bro. The one you're taking about is the Gary Fong's collapsible diffuser.
