Dea All,
Today after getting the Throttel body cleaned the RPM got unstablle. It was like going up to 2500 then going down to 800. Then the mechanic adjusted the Idel speed valve on the butterfly of the Throttel body and it got the car stable at around 1600. After that he said that he has retired the distributor to maximum and the RPM got stable at 1000. As per my understanding it should be aroung 800. The mechanic said that as the car was previously running on CNG and there is little gap created in around the sides of the butterfly. that is the reason for the high RPM. There is now some vibration as well as some kind of low power feeling at low RPM as well at high speed the car is doing fine.Need help in identifying the exact problem please.

Drive it around for a couple of days and it should settle.
otherwise he didn't fit the tps correctly.
another throttle stop screw disturbed, i believe.
Have you reset the ecu after cleaning/adjustment...?
yes he did.
Its a bit better then yesterday
Yeah its better now. hope will be perfect in a couple of days.
Yes after ecu reset, it takes a day or two to come to normal behavior.
A quick question: After ecu reset, one can drive immediately on cng or the relearn time should be driven on petrol?
Like you said, the mechanic has messed with the timing and its running retarded timing now, thats the reason for the loss of power at low rpms. Ask him to adjust the timing properly with a timing gun. The idle adjusts itself within a few kms of running the car as the ecu adapts and 'learns' the new state of the hardware so after cleaning the throttle body (if the idle valve wasnt taken apart) you should've driven the car for 50-60km and then adjusted the idle if it was required.
If the question is towards me then m really sorry wont be able to help you on this as my car is on petrol only.
