If you are talking about interior, well these interior spy shots are for Toyota Auris or Corolla iM coming next year. iM and Auris are Corolla derivatives and have almost identical interior for current generation. So the spy shots certainly gives an idea about the interior of next generation Corolla interior.
12th generation Corolla will be global , with USDM, Euro and ASEAN having same interior and exterior , exactly as the case with the new Camry which is global Camry.
You can easily assume that the spyshot as shared by @BHAILOGE would certainly be a Corolla interior, obviously might be slight changes as the car is still in development.
As far as the exterior spyshot in the opening post , it's defiantly a Corolla because there is no other sedan in making as far as Toyota.. Camry is out as well as Avalon and thed car dimensions under wraps clearly have a compact size sedan not other than Corolla.
