Is there a possibility that this updated 11th Generation 1.6 Altis comes with CVT instead of AT or will it just be a change of bumpers? I remember there were some rumours on this forum about IMC adding CVT to 1.6

I had sold my 11th Gen Grande in hope of getting 12th generation Corolla... As its been considerably delayed with no clear timelines in foreseeable furure. So now I am planning to get hold of new Civic for time being. Can enjoy this 10th generation Civic till the time IMC finally launches its 12th generation

yes greatly in midlife of 11th Generation corolla internationally it was introduced with 7 speed 1.6 CVT in KSA in 2017

Why are you comparing a CUV to a pair of sedans??? The Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic are staple BESTSELLERS WORLDWIDE. There is a reason so many buy them! Why don't you compare Sportage to it's rivals??? Namely the CR-V, Rav 4 or the MX5??? Oh because the Japanese always did and continue to trump the Koreans right and the Sportage would be no match to these cars.

Last time I checked, Rav4 and MX5 are not sold in Pakistan and CRV is more than double the price of Sportage. So comparing it with Civic and Grande is completely valid.

Lol yeah? So you're fine comparing apples with oranges. I know if the Rav 4 and CRV were built here , they'd trump the Sportage, just like in the rest of the world. Btw, the Sportage offers nothing save a host of quality issues and bad customer service. Other than that, for a whole 10 lac more, you too can have parking sensors in your civic and corolla.
