ur right about that......chopped up fender will never go well with trunk and side boxes. and it will never be as effective as a full-length fender in protection against mud, especially on tours
stick to the original plan
but atleast remove that rear passenger's back rest. its side chrome is not going well with the rest of the fender

While I am busy in office the denter is doing science experiments on the rear mud guard today I stopped at his shop while coming to Office found the work in progress...

He is now more interested then me making it till the end lol, he said bring the engine I will do it if you dont have time... lol

^_^ well frankly nothing much to share as things with more technical brainstorming are now left with us,
1 - completed the rear Mudgaurd,
2 - Fitting of rear wheel.
3 - Engine bay is sealed and completed all the frame was grinded from where it was knobby due to welding ...

I am thinking to name the Ride Honda RoadMaster Evolution - X

as the bikes over all shape and curves are going to remain same.

As from side its mud guard looks exactly as it used to be...

But when you see it from back you ask you self "What on earth is this ? its not a RoadMaster"

I know many of you wont like the Idea, but being on Pakistani Roads this is one of the must have feature specially if the area where you need to park is not firm road (well thats a common thing in PK) and if you get Flat tyre in middle of no where.

Center Stand works as a Complete repiar Platform at times when you need to service any thing while on tour, Remember I removed this previously but the reason I am adding it back is that I know how much it is needed when you need to park a Bike on a tilted mountain, and beside looking Good the main focus I have is Useablity.

So added back the Center Stand its slim and smart stand so mechanic heated it to expand it wide enough to accommodate new wider Tyre Profile.

Another Promise to be kept is that the rear mudguard must be strong enough to lift a weight of a at least complete pillion Rider (because not always you ride alone)

just a suggestion....u want to give your ride a roadmaster feel, that has evolved into a larger monster, y dont u consider putting the stock tank and side tappas back on? i think they would look awesome, especially the tank's trade-mark chrome???

You know I actually did that! but it is to small as the frame is different, It looks like a CD70 tank I dont know, may be the fenders are too big ? so they dont match up I will share pics, but any ways I borrowed another fuel Tank I will take pictures of it tooo but that also did not fit in so Tanky ki talash filhal jari hai ...

Previously when the bike was on stock engine (CD185) 184cc 17HP and I used this Tyre there was a marginal loos in initial acceleration and also bad braking as it was to hard to stop a mighty wheel rotating.

so If you notice my previous posts I also bought a new engine (253FMM (234cc) which comes in 4 flavors - 16.1hp - 18.5 hp tuned down - 20BHP in single carb and 22BHP in Dual Carb model) I bought the 22BHp version 1997 model

This engine appears in multiple Honda Bikes including NightHawk CB250, CMX250, CM250 Rebel, CA250, and ATVs its called a virtually bullet proof engine, in stock rebel this engine pulls a 130/90 - 15 or 120/90 - 16 and I am using 140 / 90 - 15 so that I will not loose any acceleration as its as tiny as 15' inches and also give soft drive as its a 90cm cushion, I only increased the width of the tire to have better road grip, If I had increases the cushion from 90 to 100 or if I have installed a bigger RIM like 16 or may be 17 then it would have killed the acceleration so I choosed the same specs as original only increase the width of tyre. Let hope for the better

my cb350 come with 3.50 18 rear and 3.00 18 front and am worried to use 4.00 18

Stock CB350 tire is 3.00 even if you stick to stock settings but as I see it has 36 bhp up its sleeves what makes you worried? If I were you and want to stick to classic stock I will use 3.00 may be branded Dunlop, but If you want to have a better ride, you have enough HP that you can put a better and a comfortable tyre in it.

am also a fat tire lover and i might go for 100 90 18 rear and front 90/90 18 not more i dont wanna lose its classic looks plus what i heard adding fat tire you may need wide rim to fill full its corner curve needs which help to grip the road turns. and technically right now i need to study tires engineering :). adding stock rims with stock tire weight will be obviously reduce and pick acceleration will increase no burden on engine and it will extend engine life as you u know how hard these vintage engines are used to be restored

Yes stock settings are the best setting, and dont worry 100/90 even 110/90 is not going to make any pressure on 36 horses your engine have only comfort will increase, but offcourse you may need to find a wider RIM if you go beyond 100/90.
