This Saturday I suffered a lot because of my hobby,

I called the bike denter on Friday and learnt that he had not any thing yet on frame and also forgot what I told him to do so, so I went to him on Saturday morning wearing dangri and Mechniki cloths as I knew its gona be greasy today .. old time pal and a biker anthusiats hafiz gee accompanied me as we put all the bikes other parts in car and went to Qamar Denters side kick 'Mubashir Denter' ...

Spent like whole day fabricating the frame, 70% work done... 25% still left will be done on comming saturday!...

What made me suffer was that I totally forgot that I have a high Allergy fo looking at the Welding process and as the night fall I went to bed My eyes got Swollen and it was like some body is poking needles in my eyes and I was unable to Open Eyes and all night I spent washing then and puttin anti inflamtic drops in themm...

Any ways Frame needs to Modified from Several Locations If you remember I already got My T front Colon fabricated froma machinist to Fit in a RoadMasters Throat (gatta - Local Slang for frame Front) :

Now I had to make the Room for mighty engine without disturbing the frames over all strength, discussed it with Azam Denter, Qamar Sahab and then Finally went for the suggested design by help of Mubashir Denter who is a student of Qamar sahib.

Color is removed to make Room on Upper area ...

He didnt went for a grinder to Grind or Cut it, as melting the metal will also reseal it on spot, and any missed spot can be refined further..

now it is more clear what he was doing ...

Orignal Road Master comes with a 300-17 in rear tyre now thats a pretty slim (but Damn Grippy and seriously quick) but looks awful ...

After I put in the CB250 engine previously I felt loss of brakes after I started to cross 120KMPH quite easily ... becuase in its own engine (CD185 twin) it hardly did 110 or 115kmh and brakes did good Job on those speeds as Road Master has Fat Drum Brakes... and Wide breake shoes..

But after Putting a CB250 engine speeds started to look some thing like this :

so hardly a month I used Bike in its stock shape, I went for a complete over haul including fatter tyres, alloys and Disc brake Setup in both tyres offcourse..

I swapped the slim rear swing Arm with a bigger fatter swing arm ...

But as you can see clearly the Tyre was hardly away from the Mudguard and used to grind with Tyre even on a smallest possible bump so I removed it so that it do not eat the Tyre completely but sooner I realized that Tyre now hits the Frame on full movements.... now that was an alarming thing..

Then I got busy with carrier and it was left for few years in same condition Until Now...

So I discussed it with Denter/Friend mubashir who said vicky bhai hold on I got this (In Punjabi ) : and I was confident he got some Ideas which are sure gona help and he was Correct ...

While we were working with the Front Suspension of my TWIN ...

I mananged to go down to my Old Humble Lady in my ladies line up the Suzuki GS550e which is parked long time waiting in the Queue for me to see her and bring her back to the adorable state... the friend who is assisting me when pulled her out of godown said ... MAN you are a Bike serial Rap*st .... If I were you I would have been ZOOM ZOOming the whole Lahore on this monster... *FELT BISTI * That time ...

Mubashir bhai didn't told me what he was upto he chopped the tail for the frame telling me that I have to believe on him ... so I did with keeping fingers crossed... and off course biting nails...

He Choopped the tail shifted the legs which comes from below towards further ahead under the seat as you can see in the picture below to make room for Tyre to work with suspension completely and freely also removed the uper two forks which went back in the tail and which lifted the rear mudgaurd and which were home to the Shock absorbers...

and then prepared fittings for a Fatter MudGuard (which will be exactly a road master Mudgard but will accommodate this fat tyre because that's the promise of this project that Bike will stay a Raod-Master/Twin (Though it would show signs of evolution off-course )

Then he startyed to fabircate Rear Shocks Fitting..

Yes sure do share pics I would be looking fwd.... becuase I would love to know how. CB250 engine can be fitted without any trimming I agree I was also using without trimming but CA250 engine dimensions are different (bigger) plus it needs room for bigger tappet cover and dual carbs....

hhahahah Sorry I missed this comment... humaray bhi aik bohut he close friend hain unko himny bari mushkil say aik CG killer bana ker dee thi kio k wo hemesha akar yehi rona rotay thay k yar city limits me CG nahi pakri jati Waqar bhai Kuch kerain yar .. tu hum ny unko CB250 ka orignal kabli engine Deluxe men Ligwa diya.. tab say Wo bhai Sahib bike ka Band Baja baja ker akheer ker dee hai ..

My denter cant do a simple 2 plus 2....its been 7 days and he still cant work out a way to curve a sheet of metal that ive given him

The rear fat tyre looks awesome but a complete roadmaster's fender will hide its beauty. I would suggest going for a choppped up rear fender and a strategically placed rear license plate to protect your back from the mud

So Denter Finished the Tail and Engine Compartment, now he will Fabricate the Rear mudguard which will be incarnated from original Road-master Mudguard but would have capacity to accommodate a fat Tyre..

like i said before and i would advise again, u have an awesome rear tyre, and it MUST stand out when one views from the back
your bike has a muscular look and it should show from all three sides.....
1. from front, the broadened T and forks = Mission accomplished
2. from side view, the big 250cc engine = Mission accomplished
3. from rear, fat tyre = but hidden beneath the roadmaster fender

Now, the three pics that u have posted are cool, but each has some issues
a) the first pic is very close to an ideal setting, but remember u were planning on touring on it? it wouldnt protect u much against mud
b) second pic, although very elegant, would look overdone on your bike
c) the third pic has the right concept but the overall feel is that of a sports bike, not a cruiser

so, here are my suggestions

u can place the license plate in the centre and just below a nicely chopped fender to protect your back from mud, and place indicators on sides and omitting the brake light altogether(brakes can function by having the indicators flashed together)

But Dr Sb, my problem is actually .... these tails are styled to look hot and like a super bad A$$ ride but are very less useful in terms of usability, I agree a naked Tyre gives a bike a superb street styling and tails naked look awesome, but as I would be planning tours on this bike InshAllah, I would be hanging panniers, camp, a rear trunk, Feul Tank bag, and Front Tyre saddle .. So tires with longer and dropped mudguards would be only visible and also will save all the stuff clipped and hanged on the bike from Muds, Dust, and stones which fly and Ratchet after coming under the Tyre...

These are few of the examples how the bike will be loaded with trunk and panniers ....

So If I follow your suggestion and keep the tail naked and adjust Mud gaurd with Number Plate and Indicators I will lose room for panners and trunk and also if some how I get them fitted they will all get muddy (it Pakistan naked Tyre is going to beat us ) and lastly panniers and Trunk will not look good with street chopper/bobber looks ? (Just thinking) @dr.omair @junaidakhtar01 what do you guys say ?
@Silver_Knife as I remember you have been importing lot of touring stuff can you help me in sourcing pannirs, trunk feul Tank bag, front tyre bag... let me know/pm and I can call you.
