I want to know how you change the 4 gears to 5 gears? And now whats ur gear shifting pattern? I means its ratation or ordinary cd 185 gear pattern?
I also think to chsnge my electrical system to cdi 12V plz tell me how to do it? Within detail....

brather the patter is still the same 1 down 4 up instead of 3 previously also Yes CDI is very helpful

I adapted CB250 gear box for this its bolt on fit...

Under Extensive road and street testing to make it error free and Tourable on "really really long" ride with heavy load..

The Road master is now more "Captain America"'s Bike and less like a road master.. lol

@ Vickytulla, hope u r doing good...
keeping in view your experience and experimentation with road master and on the other side your traveling experience to north side (i am a silent follower) reference of your tours is for reason that i want to travel northern areas on my road master.
Brother i have a road master, have restored it, is in good running condition but i am personally not satisfied with it. to cut the story short, i want to put some good decent engine in it in 250cc category with no or minimum alterations.
Your worthy input is required on;
1) Engine model?
2) Availability? (where would i find a good engine)
3) guideline for the installation of engine and alterations where required?

best thing you can do to your road master is to put a 250cc Night Hawk/rebel engine in it.

It would be a bolt on fit with abslutly no alterations

Bike will be automatically upgraded to 5 gears and CDI ignition

You wil get 4 more Good Horses (4 HP gain) and 5 more Torque units..

now a day even a Chinese Clone CB250 engine is fair enough and has even one more extra HP then the orignal Honda due to daul carb.

Availability of such engine is going to be a search of a needle in a hay stack..

There is no engine at ranchore line right ow of this series

There was one Night hawk enigne in Lahore Bilal ganj which was sold for 71k with hard negotiation (so you can imagine)

A chinese colone used to be available easily around 12~18k but even those are above 40k.

Gentlemen so here I present you the Final Version of Road Master (used to be) in its full glory.

The Bike was Showcased Recently in Distinguished Gentlemen Ride and was a head turner.

The bike is now Onwed by @dr.omair and its worth to mention that it is totally hand crafted bike, you name a part and that is hand fabricated other then the mote and base frame.
