Target : Complete Engine Swap, as Old engine is rusted to that level that it will need a lot of time and money, so Time to get a new engine

Hope fully the engine which is inspected will arrive at my play place, will share its pictures with frame ... because after practically inspecting the engine I have a bad feeling because the CA250 engine is bigger then its ancestor CB250 so lets see how it goes... and I am in no mood to do any cutting and wading on frame...

Target : New CA250 engine must fit in frame with Zero alteration to Frame as previously CB250 was went in there without a single alteration only tappet case went close to Back Bone so hammered it but now it should fit in with the same alteration no more alteration should be required....

Hello @omer85 how are you, long time no updates whats up these days ?

Yes, but I heard there is a performance gain if dual Carbs are used (offcourse bike will eat more fuel but one has to give some thing to gain some thing), I have inspected the engine and persuading a deal of engine exchange plus money settlement, for carbs I know a shop in bilal ganj where they are, havnt purchased so far but will buy them after I get hands on engine... CDI is already acquired from old friend.

You know me ... it wasnt restoration before I cracked a already restored bike if you remember, now upgrading it again to whole another level

I am pushing a deal for exchange though asking price of engine is 35k of shelf without carbs, bends, airBox and CDI [nothing included] but I am using all the references I can to have an exchange with my dead old one.. will let every body know once I am done with it and bring the engine home.

I mananged to go down to my Old Humble Lady in my ladies line up the Suzuki GS550e which is parked long time waiting in the Queue for me to see her and bring her back to the adorable state... the friend who is assisting me when pulled her out of godown said ... Yeah bro.. spend almost 4-6 months for collecting her Factory Genuine Parts. But inlast it is giving much more fun than a ROADMASTER 200 in every prospect... A killing machine then 200....

one of my close friend was too much into cruisers so I found him a dead CD175 for 7k sorted out engine problem our self and got help from electrician to correct wiring issues installed new point and Voila the engine fired up and really started ... but the frame was eaten up badly from multiple places so bought a Hero RD125, put the engine in it and see what were the results :

And as long as the frame supports the bigger engine well, the bike should perform like a rocket

Wish I had kept them I had them but later on missed while puling out of cell phone... here are few old ones to give Idea that frame was well more then strong and required minor mods to put in a bigger motor..

Hafiz old buddy assisted me to see it we can put the Huge engine into tiny RoadMaster Frame :

Nice deal in 15K finally got the engine, the engine looks neat and clean from outside, hope its good from inside also, do post some closeups of the engine and carbs you get hold of. What about C.D.I.......?

Yes 15k plus the old engine which was now to much salted with aluminium rust that I was no more interested to bring it back to life becuase 15k tu usky uper lag janay thay or engine bhi genuine nahi rehana tha ,...

I cheecked the engine in detail before asking for a deal this is what was found :

Another Important thing Which I purchased today is Handle Bar spacers to increase the Height of bars away from Fuel Tank and secondly bring the bars more near to riders to make experience more comfortable .....
