Yes that is posssible but you will be lucky to find a complete gear box of CB 250 .. on the other side Sazgar200 has a relatively similar gear box and fits in after some alterations too.

and dont miss to get the Finger set for switching between gears... it needs one more extra finger with another gear inline..

Size is different never tried with CG gear box but did tried with Sazgar Rickshaw gear box (as I heard its the same as CG) but it was short in lenth and sprockets were different.

Should I create a new thread or Continue the Saga as its going to be a whole new bike scrached from raw metal to a complete Long Tourable cruiser' I have dumped the idea of Buying a CG or a GS or a RP they don't worth the price and that small number of horses they have just beat me...

Target is To incorporate all the gadgets of 'Todays' bike into the cruiser and enjoy both pleasures.. pleasure of Having a Cruising Sofa as its a Road Master, Power of CB250 (I have a fresh engine), and all the gadgets of Piaggio (almost) .... lets see how it goes.

PS. kindly Dont expect Rapid Updates I am Targeting to complete it slowly yet with Super Fine finishing.

Winter is here so instead of Riding, making a Ride is more workable ... so

1 - Bought Shocks of a Cruiser aith 45mm width and 12' Wide "ainak".. roadmaster orignal is 35mm and 9' inch wide. : Done

2 - Bought Twin Carbs for Engine (2 HP gain on Orignal 20HP) : Done

3 - 2 in 1 Filter Housing for Clip ON Filter digged from Bilal ganj : DONE

As far as i remember, the previous cb250 engine that u bought was in excellent condition too and gave u good service ..... Why are u going for a new block again? Is the old engine ruined?

Dr Sahab!, not changing the engine, it will remain the same offcourse it was hardly used for 10k km after it was parked, it was CDI of CB250 which I mentioned last day, before I was Using CD70 CDI then later on CG125 CDI on it, but luckily I got hold of a genuine CB250 CDI.

Had u mentioned it earlier, I wouldve directed u to an electrician who converts old point systems into CDI, I had it done to an old bike once and it worked flawlessly..... But ofcourse its great to know u sourced an original cb250 CDI.... These items are very rare nowadays and cost a fortune as well
