@vickytulla i have got 185 from army auctioned bikes, i am in love with road masters.... my bike needs some intense attention and needs sm expert opinions and advices.... i want to build it to best possible condition.... will need your help!!

ohh that was ingenious of you! i like your idea. I have a honda roadmaster cd200 and it is based on 6v point system igniton.now i would like to convert it to 12 v CDI system. can you plese give me some advice on the parts and I need since you are an expert on this bike.thank you

meray dost expert tu nahi han kafi khwar zuroor howa hon upgrade kerny men jitna pta hai sab help kron ga no problem it will be my pleasure...

about CDI there are four ways uptill now I have seen :

1 - Fit a CB250 CDI
2 - Alter CG 125 fitting with help of welder and get it fitted (self wont work)
3 - Get Chinese copy CDI it is direct bolt fit as well and self works
4 - Get the local Yamaha CDI installed..

In lahore here there are many CDI experts whom I know can do conversion very good.... if you are from lahore I can give you adresses.

brother as i said that it is an army auctioned bike,so it is in worst condition.... at the moment bike is in peshawar and going under basic rehauling process...
guidance required for basic rehaulin even!!

1 - HEAD AND CYLNDER : Check Ring, pistons, Valve, Valve seats, Valve Guides, Rokkers, Timing Chain, timing chain Adjusters (I Expect all of them would be installed new because they all must be faulty by now as it is very old bike) 2 - CLUTCH & GEAR BOX : Most probably it would only require good cleaning and new Clutch and pressure plates. after that your major work is done and Engine is ready to roll. For cosmetic Changes if you are looking for original restore try to use same color themes of original Bikes and Force painter to use lacquer coat after paint Job to make it Shinny and Long lasting. Hope it helps.

Due to work pressure and cariier making time, my project seems to be halted but to keep the bike alive, I just get it out of hibernation after few months rev it warm it up get it cleaned and re-grease mandatory areas.. like I did last week...

After cleaning and washing...

It was freezing task but had to do it any wyas..

Due to long hibernation the reear disc is rusting up si applied WD40 on it this time.. had to put the kick back as its self was not working due to low battery .. lolzzz

Had to kick like 50 times to wake her off from deep sleep.. checking current here...

finally cleaned...

Mud guards are placed sepratly and front tyre is all flat because no in use ..

.... just waiting for my onw self to find some time for my favorite ride .. and lovely hobby

Its Ok I can post details here so that every one can benifit...

bike was from Family used by Grandpa but my dad purchased it just as a gesture so that GrandPa were selling it to some mechnic but I perusad that bike must not go... it was all genuine and was purchased for 35k then stayed with us like 5 years in orignal condition then I finally got signal from dad that I can use it... so

1 - I swapped engine with a Rebel/NightHawk CB250 Engine (cost all over including engine Price + fitting + exhaust Bends + CDI unit = 22k)

then Bike started gaining top speed it never before and hit 140~kmh and meter went Needle got broken and bike became unstable because of slim tyre.

So I decided to modernize its look and Grip of Road :

Changed : Tank,meter, Handle,seat,Signal, Tyres (before it was 80/80-17 now it is 140/90-16 tubeless),Rims (upgraded to alloys), Brake(upgraded to DISC both), Front back beams, Front Shoks, rear shocks, rear Swing Arm for Fat tyre, grips

these cosmetic and Brakes and wheels costed roughly 60~k hardly ...

I have went to Faislabad after then Gujarawala, Okara and many other places, then finally decided to change its rear according to Rebel Design but right now I dont have time for it so packed it and hibernated it ...
