Hi fellow,
I bought it from a scrap market in lahore for rs 400, its a Chinese chopper 150cc bikes fuel Tank it also has a feul guage housing and other controls quite a good copy of Harlay Pen Head..

Kuch part mery friend nay mujsay purchase ker liye thay baki miene bary sambhal ker rakh diye thay store mien.

meray pass CD 185 ka complete engine with new pistons and RiNGS and fresh clutch plates start halat mien bilkul saved para hai (H), I ill upload the piks of all the parts

Point sytem overall is not good for bikes?

I dont know I will give you the right answers or not but I ill purly share my experience of 185. So here goes :

1 - Why electric sytem of 185 based on point system is failure?

I never gota hold why it was such a crap :P

2 - What is the better options for it?

option 1 (best but little expensive) = Upgrade to CDI (use cb 250 / cd 125T / CB 200) guniene CDI system it is bolt to bolt fit to 185.

option 2 (better then 185) = upgrade the point system to CD 200 type its more reliable.

3 - Point sytem overall is not good for bikes?

Nope - old and deprecated technology Shif to CDI hemasha ka sakoon
(see the attached picture or my conversion from 185 to CD system)

and yes Electrician mostly mis lead you and ruin youre investment.

Road MAster front fork tube Rod size is 32 mm which is very rare [uncommon] to find but after long hunt I found a pair or fron fork or the same size with Disc brake capabilites so here goes some snaps of the transition for spokes to Alloy + disc.

cdi unit sada kaisay laga hota hai.there is away to sue cdi unit with points i mean point triggered cdi unit.has anyone used this technique?kindly help

@vickytulla i have got 185 from army auctioned bikes, i am in love with road masters.... my bike needs some intense attention and needs sm expert opinions and advices.... i want to build it to best possible condition.... will need your help!!

actually I bought the whole engine of CB night hawk and used its CDI system and the engine I topped it with mobil Oil and hibernated it for future projects.
this was the bike from where it was pulled (the same one used by warden Police these days) :
