Urban titanium colour paint required for my Honda City 2015

Dear fellows,
Rear bumper of my Honda City (Urban Titanium) got few scratches, and some scratches are deep and I know repaint is the only solution. I live in Wah Cantt. The only problem is availability of matching colour. Does anybody know about any paint shop in Rawalpindi / Islamabad, where I can get the Urban Titanium colour.
please note I don't want to go 3s Honda Shops.

i believe there will be a color code written on your car. take it to the ici outlet, they will make it and share it with u
