I don't think the missing running paper should de-value this car any further, if the car has other documents complete i.e. original book, original number plates, original return file which contains all previous transfer of registration/ownership activities and original sale letter of Toyota and some other import documents, if the car has it's engine changed then return file would contain information about that also which would be 15 clearance certificate and original sale receipt of engine. Moreover, get original up to date tax receipt. And original Transfer letter duly signed and thumbed along-with valid NIC copy which you would need for ownership transfer purpose (Don't know what is the current procedure of transfer of ownership in Sindh, please confirm that from excise and taxation website). Any other document which I might be forgetting at this point of time. Lastly, if the seller can lodge a simple FIR of missing running piece/page it will be good, get a copy of that for record and If you can bargain the price down on the basis of missing running piece/page that would be even better.
This model came with 2E 1300cc engine, you can find the engine number near the distributor as far as I remember, it would be written in punched manner, or you can simply take a mechanic along who can do that for you. Ask him to check engine number and also the chassis number.
