Dear brothers ,am facing strange issue in front brakes , after installation of new brake disks there is a huge grinding noise while applying brakes , i found deep circular scratch on rotors . Went for mechanics and found that brake disks were damaged / broken . Did rotors resurfacing from kharadia and this time mechanic installed Hitachi Brake disks ,but now after 3 days same thing is happening again , same grinding noise while braking and found deep scratch again on left rotor.
Please let me know what is a major cause of this and how to resolve it .
