you rarely need to calibrate the tps.
to manually check if your IACV is working or not : start the car and let it idle. remove the IACV connector and see if there is difference in rpm. then plug the connecter back in and see if there is difference.
If there is a difference in rpm then your IACV is working ... if not then firstly open up the IACV to see if the valve is stuck... apply carb cleaner and fit everything back ... then do the manual test again... if it still doesn't work then replace the IACV.
