Urgent help required to plan trip to khunjrab

AOA,
I'm planing to visit khunjrab in coming week. We will be three in total, me my wife and 3 years old kid. vehicle is Honda City 1.5PT 5k driven. Following is the rough plan

Saturday 15 September : Reach Naran till 12 pm. Leave from Lahore on Friday night 11pm. Try to visit Saifulmalook if possible and spend night in naran

Sunday 16 Sept: Leave at 6am from naran, plan is to reach hunza. On the way stop at following locations: Lulusar lake, Babbusar Top, Jaglot, Nanga parbat view point, Rakaposhi View Point, nagar etc. Spend night at hunza

Monday 17 Sept : Explore Hunza, Altit Fort, Biltit Fort, Eagle nest view point, café de hunza

Tuesday 18 Sept : leave early morning for khunjrab, on the way stop at passo cones, hussaini bridge, Ataabad lake. After khunjrab , return back to hunza and night stay at hunza

Wednesday 19 Sept : Back to Naran. Night stay at Naran

Thursday 20 Sept: Visit Saifulmalook if it was missed on Sept 15th, otherwise try to visit shogran siri paye etc . 9th Muharram, any security issues?

Friday 21 Sept : If 20 Sept = Saifulmalook then visit shogran, else if 20 sept = shogran, then travel to nathyagali and stay there. 10th Muharram, any security issues?

Saturday 22 Sept : , nathyagali pipeline track, go to ISB in evening and stay in ISB

Sunday 23 Sept : explore ISB and return to Lahore in evening

this the rough plan. can be changed based upon your suggestion and weather conditions. R we missing gilgit , any attractions there? How to manage bookings? recommended hotels? (I also have option to stay in Army Mess in Hunza (8k/night), Gilgit (6k/night) and bunji (6k/night) ) , from where to get latest road conditions? Is it safe to travel these areas during Moharram, I've head that KKH will be closed from few points on 9th , 10th Muharram.

Another thing bothering me is weather conditions. Please suggest

Your itinerary is too stuffy. Increase the no of days or reduce your travel time. It might sound easy for you on paper but soon you'll feel the fatigue. Besides, if you encounter any exigency along the way it'll ruin the plan anyway. So think about it. Gilgit has no significant attraction. Lodging quotes for the messes r way too much. You can easily get a luxury accommodation everywhere on these rates. Roads r all good except for the dirty 25km patch of chillas to raikot. Rains will start coming down soon so b prepared for that as well

15-19th schedule is good enough. You can easily cover it, as I have done with 3 kids and a wife in last month. Go to saif ul malook early at 7am, spend max. an hour there, as there is nothing much except boating. Jeep Wala will take about 3000 for a trip.
Honda City will do fine, u have to cross babasur top before maghrib as road is closed after maghrib.

My suggestions are skip siri paye and saiful malook.
Instead visit phandar Valley and shandur lake.

Upon return from hunza.
Leave hunza around 8am morning and reach gilgit till 930-10am.
From gilgit ask anyone about ghizer road.
Travel for 2hrs and have lunch at gahkuch.
Or go directly to phandar Valley and you'll reach there till 3-4pm. Check in to guest house/hotel.
Stay at phandar Valley. Next day leave phandar at 7am and reach shandur at 11am. Spend some time and return to phandar by 3-4pm. Visit lake at phandar and explore phandar area. Choose any soothing place, enjoy with family and return to hotel at evening.

Next day leave at morning around 7:30am
And reach gilgit till 11:30 am and go towards babusar. And you'll be at babusar by 4-4:30 pm.

Stay at naran, or go directly to nathiagali and stay there.

Yeah most challenging part of the whole journey is that 25km patch

You should leave GB before 9th & 10th muharam as there may be blockage of roads due to processions of Ashura and hotels/shops will be closed.
Dont add Nathigali in your trip, after witnessing the mightiness of GB, it will be boring ending of trip.

Thanks all for valuable suggestions. Yes I need to return from GB before 9th as KKH will be closed from few spots on 9th and 10th Muharram. Any recommendation regarding hotels? I haven't booked anything yet assuming that its off season so I'll get rooms easily on spot.

Will road to astore from chillas and onwards to minimarg and deosai will also be closed during ashura?? we had a plan to cover these areas during coming week..

I think you should get accurate info about traffic plan from any concerned official of GB, as Chilas onward route is highly critical in these days.
