Urgent Home Theatre System Advise Needed

Hi,
I'm in the midst of purchasing a Home theatre system for my Home.
I was willing to purchase the W-series 550 46", but it was too pricey.
After much hussle i manage to put up some probables.
Sony W-series 550 46" (PKR 197,000)
Sony V-series 550 52" (PKR 228,000)
Sony V-series 550 46" (PKR 180,000)
Samsung 6-series 46" (LA-46B650) (PKR 179,000)
Samsung 6-series 55" (LA-55B560) (PKR 250,000).

I have to finalized one of the above by tomorrow. I have a Maximum Budget of PKR 300,000. Please note that i dont want to use up all my budget, saving some would be lovely.

I had in mind to purchase the W-series 550 46", but as its price was almost PKR200,000 , i decided why not go for a bigger screen V-series 52", as they almost have similar features.
I think the final choice will be b/w Samsung 6-series 55" and Sony V-series 52" one because my Father is interesting in one of them.

Please Suggest which one i should go for and why?
P.S. I have very little time to finalize. And the one chosen will be my Home Cinema System. Ohh and BTW also suggest a GOOD Surround Sound system too!

Firstly i would like to thank you all in guiding previously.
Now i've come here again to take your advise once again.

I am replacing my Sony V-series 550A 52" LCD with a 3D LED. I think my options are Samsung Smart TV (55" , 59" and 64") , Sony and LG cinema 3D.

Which one should i get?
The main factor here is Active vs. Passive display of Samsung and LG, Which one do you guys suggest and why?

I have heard that the Passive displays, when used in 3D mode, reduces the resolution to half (540p), Is this true?

People who are using the Samsung Smart 3DTV and LG cinema3D are especially Welcome to share the review.

P.s This TV would be used in my Home Theatre Room.

Apart from the above i need advise for a suitable replacement to a Sony S-series 550A 40" (which is currently installed in bedroom). I have planned either Samsung LED TV 40" (PKR 89,000) or either Samsung Plasma 3DTV 43" (PKR 69,900).
This TV would installed in a Bedroom, so 3D is optional, but seeing the price of the 3D PDP- its a tempting offer.

Hows the performance of the PDP 3DTV? Is it any good?

bro i wud sugest u Panasonice, shop around for it aswell, it reall thing.
if u really like sony then go for sony, but i wud prefer samsung over sony.

bro plz take my advice....dont waste ur money on these disposable systems....... my home theatre is probably one of the best in its price, seriously i dont mean to brag but i have yet to see one like it in pakistan!
im using a Marantz SR-7001 amp, a Rotel power amp, QED speaker cables, VDH interconnects, Denon DVD player, QED HDMI cables, KEF iQ5 speakers (not iQ50, iQ5) and a very well treated room.....
u can have a pretty decent home theatre system in that amount with a treated room so that there is no boom! which reminds me im using a REL subwoofer! and a bose sub as a passive subwoofer to meet the THX requirements!

in my home theatre, i have a LCD projector....... awesome results but if u wana go for a tv, id say go for the samsung lcd, let me confirm the model n ill get back to you.....

Bro I just bought V series 52 inch for 2,13000. Its great . I have mated it with Bose lifestyle 48 series with HDMI which cost me around 5 lacs but its worth it.

For LCD go for SONY
For Sound go for BOSE

then go for Edifier 7.1 or 6.1
u absolutely dont need anything else...u can get their wifi versions which will get you rid of all the cables

Get the new Samsung LED screens, they are available in Pakistan now. Cost almost twice as much as the LCD, but worth it.

For sound, I agree with Redbull and HondaFanatic. But if u want a decent, cost-effective 5.1 system, I can spare mine as I just got a new Yamaha. U r welcome to chk it out anytime..just PM me

I have no intentions of purchasing the LED Tv because:
1. There Quite Expensive
2. There not much technical difference in "HD" b/w both on vvidness and contrast and size is the main difference.

Which sound system are you talking about? Any brand or is it customized?
Which Yamaha did you get?

People i only have a day or two left,
The only two options in LCD are:
1. Samsung 6-series 55" (LA-55B560) (PKR 250,000).
2. Sony V-series 550 52" (PKR 228,000)
Please keep in mind that i have a maximum budget of PKR 300,000 and I also have to get a decent Sound System in that amount.

What about sony sound systems?
Like:
DAV-HDX-275 (PKR-25,000 to 28,000)
DAV-DZ-590 (PKR 31,000 to 32,000)
They seem pretty reasonable. They are of medium Quality and suit my budget??
