[Urgent] Original Owner + All Original Papers EXCEPT Book

I paid off my Alto AGS VXL 2020 from the bank, they gave me all the original files and the car is registered on my name but they for some reason said that they do not have the original book. I have the first page of the book however the rest is not present. I have a few questions.

1) What action should I take against the bank?

2) What should I do if the bank is still unable to produce the original book?

3) Will any issue arise when I try to sell the car?

4) Any other issue or things I should know about?

bank has to provide you with book, they do not have authority to hold the book if vehicle is transferred to your name. In case upon transfer the excise issued a plastic regn card, you are safe, because that is issued only after original book submission which becomes the part of the original file.
