As the title says it all, please suggest me which rear differential to put for 3sge Beams 5th Gen which I recently swapped in my Mark 2 1973.

@star2 you know well the scrap market guys seldom know the item specs or the version / variant of the item. in recent past a person asked favor by the generic detail. The boy spend almost 6 hours at bilal gunj asking around for 92 cressida ka gear box the people in yards give him all nonsense crap in different shape & sizes yah wala lagta hai yeah lay loo guarantee k sath

next step we did was a picture and location of punched model data over transmission.

in 30 minutes it was sourced for Rs. 21000 with torque converter. i hope you got my point.

ok from the data above, I can confidently tell you this is aisin transmission A650e and you can attempt to source a MARK-X complete differential with rear axles, mark-x being live rear axle independent suspension. or from a Lexus GS 400 2002 model. You may spend some time over google links for aisin A650e transmission application vehicles

The Mark-X one is very lucrative, but would I need to install the whole assembly means the rear subframe as well? as it seems to be significantly different from the current Mark 2 original one?

thats right both mark x & lexus have independent suspension and live axles.

am sorry in above post i typed out full floating instead of live axle.

you may need to actually take measurements of your car and then measure the mark x - lexus complete in terms of centre, axle sizes and point of attachment in your own car.

Got the differential of Crown 2002 I think, comes with 2JZ for Mark 2. Now while the mechanic is fitting differential, I am thinking how will I compensate 5 nut on back in rear and 4 nut in front what the heck... any way out ???

you can swap the rotors from any toyota corolla altis which has 5 studs

which rotors? front rotors? i have already upgraded them to the 88 model mark 2 and those are bigger from the original mark 2 ones... 11 inch i think in size....
