Urgent : Toyota Vitz Or Aqua

Assalam-o-Aliakum.
I hope everyone is doing good.
I have a very urgent querry. I want to buy a hatchback for daily usage. My daily route is from Malir Cantt to PIDC. My budget is about 1750k.
Pls suggest me Vitz or Aqua or anyother hatchback in this price range. My big concern is fuel economy.
Kindly tell me about battery of Aqua. As it’s a hybrid car so after how many kms it’s battery will be repalced? & what’s the cost of it’s (hybrid) battery??
Also share the fuel economy of vitz 2015.
Need your valuable comments.

If your concern is fuel economy then go for aqua it also has good power but less rear leg room. Don't worry about battery get your car check first or verify its auction sheet.

Waalikum Salam. If that is your budget go for Vitz.
Considering your route you will not save much money in the long run. You can get a Vitz 2015-2016 model in 14.8-15.6 lacs...Vitz will give you 14-16 km/L in city and 18-20 km/L on highway. While Aqua will give you 24-28 km/L in city and 23-25 km/L on highway. Fuel economy will depend on how you drive and which routes you drive on. Life of hybrid battery is 300,000 kms or 10 years. No idea about the cost of hybrid battery.

If fuel economy is your only concern and you wanto keep the car for 5 years.

Look no further then an aqua. Aqua can manage 24km/L in average daily driving.

About batteries in New York prius taxis have crossed 400,000 plus kms.

But a good aqua costs 18.5-19.50.

Don't settle for a locally driven car.

Vitz is a safe bet but it only manages 11-15 different people different reviews i haven't got more then 13.5 on vitz.

Vitz and aqua good cars have atleast a different of 300k.

In between you can definitely look for a manual or a auto Honda city.

But it's a different story Honda city also doesn't goes beyoun 10-13 km/L mark.

No it is not written on auction sheet you can test drive the car. If engine is not converting to battery moderately or when you release gas paddle. Low fuel average. Try to get low mileage aqua.you will get good S package in 18-18.75 or G package in 19-20.50

I am using Hybrid for a year now, Hybrids go along with you well if you drive them with some special care.
Use of correct engine oil is most important, the local ustaads will ask you to use 10w40 or 20w50 oil, which is a big mistake.
The recommended oil for Hybrid by Toyota is ow20 or 5w30,no matter whatever weather conditions are.
Hybrid battery life is usually from. 100k km to 350k km, even people at Toyota dealership are not with correct knowledge of these cars.
I own Passo, Mira, Vitz and Axio Hybrid, best average I get form Axio (which is identical in drive system with Aqua)
Passo you can buy X package in great condition with Purple color or blue for around 12.5 to 12.8 and other colors in 13 to 14, average usually within city is 15 to 16 and on highways around 20
Vitz is expensive but worth buying for styling and performance average 14 to 16 within city, highways around 20
Mira is best for city drive (compact and easy to maneuver) (average 18 to 20 within city and around 23 on highways) (also note that my Mira has clocked 120k km on odo and I'm using 0w20 oil in it)
Aqua on other hand is most powerful well styled. I will suggest don't buy L package either go for S or G
For Aqua I have seen that most cars come with high mileage (on average most cars are close to clock 100k km on odo), if you can find one with odo less than 50k km it will be a treat.
Market phenomenon don't vary cost much on odo reading so better spend some time and don't rush so that you get most fit car in most optimum money.

Dear Regarding your Inquiry about Toyota Aqua/Vitz I suggest you to buy Aqua as your daily route is about 50 K.M. and at present market position the price difference between Aqua & Vitz not much difference but the fuel consumption is Aqua will give you 20 KM per liter & Vitz give you 15 KM per liter.
