I have a valid US driver's license. Can I just get Permanent driver's license in Lahore using that? or do I need to go through Learner's permit and all the written/practical testing requirements again?
NHMP National Highways & Motorways Police will issue you a new Pakistani License only if you have a NICOP & an address in Pakistan against a roadways symbol test and fees. check from NHMP website.
Provincial Traffic Police will do the same.
I have NICOP, so then I don't need to get the Learner's permit first? Straight to roadway symbol test and then permanent license?
