USB Error 2 Showing in Cultus Audio System Clarion

I am facing issue in my car audio system (Suzuki Cultus 2017 - Clarion), that whenever I Insert a USB to play songs, It shows USB ERROR 2. It was working fine before, all of a sudden I got this issue.

I have tried formatting usb as FAT 32 and moving all the songs again, but no luck. Please help.

i have face this similar problem . . . and i think it is do to the compatibility of USB. previously i had 2 usb 2.0 and both are giving me ERROR 2.

when i check it with USB 3.0 i didn;t receive this error anymore
