Although we were sorry for his loss but also shocked that he has transferred a huge amount of money and the car is still on our name. And the more surprising part was he never returned after 5 days we received no calls from his end nothing and we did not have his number in India. He came back on the 13th day and on the same day we did the transfer procedure.

bhai gulf main aisa ho sakta hai.. laws are different and very very strict there...
the same person would never do that if he was in India or Pak for that matter : )

Interesting story
I was buying honda fit hybrid from a doctor sahab,he was a vet .I liked it and bought it,later while going for agreement
i asked doc abt the cruise control and multimedia,fun fact
dr saab never used cruise control or the multi steering in 2 years of his ownership and defined the window defrost as heated seats.
I still to this day am surprised ke 13 14 lac ki gaadi woh bhi out of market lene se pehle dr saab ne is ke features par ghor nahi kia and went for it anyways

It's difficult to adapt to new changes for people getting older. Brain circuit that helps us adapt to change fades with age. So i won't be surprised that Dr.sb never tried cruise control.
I bought a single owner Mitsubishi outlander a couple of years ago from a guy aged around 50. The guy never used cruise control or Bluetooth paired his phone during his 8 years of ownership.

Toyota owners price their cars insanely since they know Toyota brand cars sell like hot cakes in Pakistan.
About two years ago, I was searching for a used car. The market price for Toyota Corolla Altis 2008 and Honda Reborn 2008 was nearly the same at about 12 - 13 lacs back then. Now Corolla Altis 2008 is available at +15 lacs (some even selling for 18 lacs) while the Honda Reborn average prices had hardly budged.

The same is true for other popular Toyota brands including Vitz, Platz and Passo. Even though I have found drive of Honda Civic and City to be a much more comfortable and fun as compared to Corolla. The drive of JDM Toyota sucks as well like Platz. I wonder why Toyota cars demands such a high price in Pakistan. The engine are not highly reliable as well.

When looking for cars online, most Corolla 2003/2004 car engines had been changed. In comparison, most Honda cars of the same year that I had found online had original engines in pristine conditions. Even the Suzuki FX 82 model we had in the 1990s had original but overhauled engine when sold in 2007.

The used car market is totally senseless here in Pakistan!

I don't recommend to spend a lot of money for a econobox
Don't buy vehicle like used Cultus Mehran Cuore Sentro if you have enough money to spend on better vehicle
A friend of mine suggested me to buy a Lancer 1.6 but I bought a Cultus in a rush manner NOT SUGGESTED

Yess because of the spring leaf suspension
we had a mehran that was daily driven before this Cultus
My father owned it
It was his personal vehicle we also had a 2012 swift but that wasn't so economical so we mostly use to drive that mehran

BR-V is a Lil underpowered
Vigo's rear seats are uncomfortable
Theft issue of corolla even if it has immobilizer
Yaris is available for sale on 3lacs OWN MONEY

If you want a car for 6 people, brv, if you like excess power and toys, than grande. If you want a car that does everything perfectly but just adequately, get the 1.6.

BRV will take you anywhere you want with 7 people.

For large families or extra pieces as passengers it's the best option.
