Used LandCruiser ZX- 4600cc - Manf year 2016 - Import Duty?

I am trying to evaluate the total Import duty costs for a Japanese, 2016 manufacturing year, 4600cc, Petrol, used Land Cruiser, under Gift scheme.
On the fbr website, I am not able to find the right category. Could someone help provide authentic and exact information or point in the right direction?

If the price of new is 7 million yen than for 5 years depreciation keeping maximum of 50%depreciation than price would be around 5 million rupees. And duty and taxes @394% would be around 20 million rupees

What i understood for cars under 1800cc (Hybrid or Fuel), there is fix value in dollars for each category that is used for calculating the customs and duty. e.g 1000cc Petrol Passo and 1000cc Petrol Vitz will have the same Customs and Duty price (considering same months of depreciation) irrespective of the prices of their New Cars.
Does the same process not apply for cars/jeeps above 1800cc? like in case of 4600cc LandCruiser?

and where does this value of 394% come from, can i see it on FBR website?

Thanks. Is main tou 3000cc say above used Cars/jeeps ki option nahin hai? only new ki hai? LC is 4600cc
