Is it possible to use internet in city using mobile usb or bluetooth tethering or does it only work with a PTCL dongle?
i have played around a little but have not been able to connect to internet using my mobile so far
Why not just use the wifi hotspot option in your mobile? I activate it on my phone and connect it to my laptop.

And wifi hotspot in any case shall be able to create a wifi range to which any wifi enable device can be connected
