This is how a transmission rebuild kit looks like.
Usually rebuild kit comes with clutch packs, lots of o-rings, bands, seals, gaskets, bushings, bearings and internal transmission sealing rings along with a new transmission filter
If you really think it's a TCC lockup issue, then scan your vehicle and look for any error codes.

Some advance scan tools even allow you test different transmission solenoids without test run as shown in this video
