excellent project, i think that you should leave it as it is as everthing on it seems functinoal. i'd have built it the same way too.

not everyone is into glorified lawnmower engines,.. some of us have discovered a force called torque and are happy with it.

you call (260 ft-​​lbs) some thing awesome, a preceding family member of the same family makes even more power and torque at stock level, providing same level of torque at 2500rpm, please if available try to feel the difference in torque by taking a ride in any 1JZ/2JZ-GTE(even at stock level). I Assume this engine is AUTO!?.
I am not here to argue or justify, which engine is batter, even if u compare this engine on torque output grounds, 1JZ/2JZ-GTE are way a head, and even easy to install, going upto 350 ft/lbs. on stock internal basis.
which is next to impossible for u to achieve on 1UZFE.
I think your compering 4AGE with 1UZFE.. :S

what u said might be tru to an extend but i dont agree with u compairng 1u with 1j/2j in terms of torque, Hell alot of difference . trust me i have been in 1u and 1j :torque no comparassion

What ever u said is known to every person abt these engines engine. I will always pick 1uzfe as nothing can beat the smoothness and sound of a v8 whether if its narrow angle or wide angle. I call 2jz , 1jz a dead engine before the turbo spools up so u cannot compare the low end torque of a 1uz to 2jzgte. yes i have driven both to their potential. the 1uz is more drivable.

One more thing, you can also tune 1uzfe to 1000 plus hp as HKS did to their black supra which was unbeatable. ever do check the interals of the 1uz before saying that 2jz is stronger.

Saad, In my reply i mentioned, on STOCK levels, i think u didn't read it properly or you didn't understand what it means,
let me explain, on stock level, refer to the engine's which remains as same as they came out from factory, i.e no addition or subtraction of any parts or performance parts...

On above grounds,
1uz, have no compression with 1jz/2jzGTE, (A)...

that HKS supra was brutally killed by a RB26DETT(RB30 BLOCK); running in a 240Z, that RB was making 800HP !!

bro the project is awsome. but the direction of the tyres is wrong. as the tyres are rotation, so u cn chk the direction of the rotation mentioned on the tyres, u should change ur left side tyres with the right side ones.
