I grounded to transmission case and touched all 10 pins of transaxle wire with red probe of DMM but nothing happened reading stayed on 1-

Thats testing for shorts only

Test the pin of the wiring plug that leads to the solenoid you wish to test, if its not showing correct resistance of the solenoid then test further

Testing for short to ground is only 1% diagnosis

I dont know exactly out of the 10 which pin is of TCC solenoid as there is no Wiring diagram available for my specific model. I found some diagrams but they belong to USA models

Were you able to trace the wire from the ecu to gearbox connector plug?

i have a query regarding this particular transmission, when we completely release the brake while in Drive mode, does the clutch fully engage? whether we push gas pedal or not?

Vb is a internal part. Solenoids are under the chamber of tranny.

that doesnt apply till transmission gets to 4th (overdrive) and engine dynamic torque is reduced.

Sir I am not getting your point kindly explain me considering me as a layman. Basically so far what I have done is I connected OBD2 device and performed Active test on Lockup Solenoid but forcing it to ON while driving at 60km/h . The scanner showed ON but in actual no difference observed in RPM but when I reduced speed like to 40km/h the LOCK UP status changed to OFF automatically on OBD2 scanner so I assummed that ECU is doing its function correctly now you tell is it correct or not???

i think he meant that just disconnect the wiring grip of transmission, and then test the solenoid, find out the pin which activates the solenoid by giving it an electrical signal and then check whether it shows any resistance or not to make sure abt its status

Update!!!
@Xulfiqar Sir today I disconnected wiring harness from transmission and tested all ten pins in the transmission connector, out of 10 only 3 shows 14 ohms resistance now I do not have its wiring diagram what do you say about it

Salam to All friendly people here, i have gone through the page and found helping experts, i am facing issue with my Liana LXI which we turned Auto using TCM and gear wiring and other things, it ran like charm for 3 years done karachi to attock in one go non stop 3 4 times, but now i am facing issue which is out of my brain.

the car get in to 3rd gear (which is gear safe mode/limp home mode when TCM is unable to control gear) no shifting in L or 2 or D, R is working... strange thing is it gets fixed on its own and during run it doesnt come again, switching of car for a while will get back car in fault.... 70% it is in fault some time it is working fine.

the gear shifting when working fine is some time very smooth no jerk some time it is jerky for 3rd and 4th gear up down shift. we did oil change with filter cleaning used KIXX DX3 oil

what i suspect it is pressure or solenoid valve issue!!
please suggest how should i proceed
