I saw a video on youtube which shows that if you remove valve body then check ball body will fall down as it has no support other than valve body itself. So of we remove valve body in bottom down position then how to put it back ???

Sometimes valve body code appears due to bad contact, broken wire. Before attempting this always check wiring first brother.

Can I remove wiring without removing the valve body??

Yes there's a grip which can be accessed from top of the engine on gear side. One is going inside gear and one is attached to shifter lever. Go for going inside gear one, get the pinouts and valve body. Via dmm check continuity.

We use petroleum jelly as glue when repairing automatic transmission

If you dont have its service manual do not attempt this as diy as you can render your car undrivable afterwards.

The vb is held vertical when removed. Pray that you dont damage the gasket surface as that gasket is real torture to remove and clean properly

Replacing the solenoids need some special attention and doesnot need the VB to be removed.
Most of the time its the electrical failure rather then mechanical failure. These are tough transmissions of this series and only gets damage when abused by service intervals.
In 80% cases the check ball falls down and after completing the service of VB (which is a huge mess) i fix it with petroleum greese to place it in the check hole.
The most complicated part in servicing the VB is main pressure regulator if you accidently forgot the last pressure settings then be ready for a jerky i mean severe jerky shift patterns which easlily ends in broken tranny . So advise from my side is donot attempt a diy job on it without having any hands on experience.
And remember all corollas , x corollas , pakistani automatics before 2009 have a paper gen sheet which can be easily damaged when removing the VB from transmission which unfortunatly doesnt have any replacwmwnt available here so be carefull observe the fluid colour if found to be excessively dirty but shifting all ratios then try to flush it completly be radiator cooler line methord otherwise you will end up in a mess.

Yes, its part of the transmission! Are you going to diy it?

You have electrical issue, why not test the circuit, its a one wire circuit grounded to the case, very easy to diagnose with everything intact.

And the solenoids are replaceable after removing the sump only if they are bad

Actually I have tested ECU and Wiring Harness outside the transmission they are fine, now transmission wire and solenoid are to be tested. For testing solenoid only drain pan has to be removed but I am not sure can we remove transmission wire without removing VB ???

the electrical grip can be un-plugged without removing fluid or pan or transmission from the vehicle. The grip has pins into the circuit you can test using a DMM

I have tested outer grip now its time to test inner one

Probe the pin you want to test
But use the solenoid test chart, if its failing the test then you have an open circuit either in the wire or in the solenoid

Only proceed to tear into the box when you have exhausted your steps

I know this wiring harness. It almost never goes bad unless a mechanic breaks it.

Have you tested the circuit as I posted above? its basic common troubleshooting knowledge, if you cannot DIY it, then pay a good mechanic to diagnose it for you.

What should be the body ground??? I mean I connect red of DMM to pin of txn wire and black with battery negative and check resistance??? Is this correct???

ground to transmission case or battery negative.
