Hi Salam Everyone, yesterday I found that my valve cover gasket was leaking that caused the oil to get into two rear plugs.
So, as I love DIY projects, I gathered the tools, disassembled throttle body, removed the manifold and spark plugs ( 2 had oil in them), removed the valve cover by unscrewing all the bolts and replaced the valve cover gasket with the new one.
While I was screwing back the bolts of the valve cover, I snapped one accidentally. It wasn't the corner one but the rear middle one, (there are two in the rear middle side), it was quite late so I applied Gasket Maker around the bolt after reopening the valve cover and then installed it afterwards.
Today, I drove about 40 kilometers, there is no oil leakage visible and there is no gap between the valve cover and the engine head, I did check the spark plug coils twice and there was no oil in them either.
Is there any issue if I keep using the car like this? If there's no oil leakage?
Will the oil go into plugs again? Because I hate when it happens as it affects the mileage a lot!
Moreover, it's like the car has gained 10 more HP, it's feeling the most responsive in 2 years! never got so much pickup in former tunings, but maybe it's me but it seems like the fuel average is dropped?
Can there be any compression leakage issues?
Car is really, really responsive, it has never been like this.
P.S By I have checked all the plugs, right now each one of the eight are working.
@capsat, @Xulfiqar, @syncview and @rustam54 really looking forward to your replies!
