Dear Memebers

I am working in a company and as per policy I have the option to get company vehicle in my name. Now instead of transfer it to my name I want some document from company that entitle me or any one, to whom I shall sell it in future, to get it transferred. Please guide what document should I get from my company.

Brother, Don't take risk, Immediately transfer on your own name. Once ownership changed, no one can challenge the deal or what so called. I worked in 5 companies and seen different cases.

Documents : 1) Original File of Vehicle.
2) Sales tax Invoice.
3) Clearness Certificate.

i'd suggest transfer the car a week before final settlement of accounts and farewell party by the colleagues. Put car on sale later,. with complete papers & file with your name as owner. other respected members have given you honest and correct suggestions
