For all the affectes of the Amnesity scheme "FBR may file an appeal against the islamabad High Court order to defend its case".and FBR would be one respondent in the case.FBR cannot/will not defend the peoples who have suffered from the scheme.So an appeal must must be filed from the affectee's so that they can defend their case as well.and actual respondants for the case could be affected people,to whom supreme could would listen.clear example is the LHC case file by an individual affectee and got decesion in favour.
So people instead of waiting take some practical steps and prepare a petition to file and standup together.We have the best chance to get decesion in favour then anoyone else.So join hands & dont keep waiting...

isd/rwp walay ak jaga akethy ho jayeinn.. ak date fix kr ky sb log udhr ajayein aor apna case file karein... fbr walon ka kon sa nuqsan hua hai koi ..Sc main case file karty hen...!!!!

Sorry, but I did not. Just knew that these vehicles hard roughly used so they have low re-sale but didn't know the scheme was illegal. How can something which is cleared by govt of Pakistan be illegal?

Nope, but stay order will continue as long as final decision and I am not sure if hearing the case proceedings would be of any help or not.
