I am in Lahore and I'll try to reach the lawyer who got the stay order for his client. All I know right now from the news is that his client bought a Toyota Premio and paid more than 9 lac as tax.
People from Rawalpindi Islamabad should also gather and go to the court. Try getting as many people as possible. This will tell the court how many people are affected and also lower the burden of the lawyer fee.

Yes we should unite as currently FBR is only giving their point of view so no one has raised the issue of end Car owners. Investors have already sold the cards and now ordinary people own them thus it is very important to unite and take a decision.

Yup that will be great. If you can check the details of the whole order and on what basis the stay order was issued, we can use the same basis. Also if you can take advise from the same lawyer that what can be done as Islamabad high court has given an absolute alarming decision.

Although I have been to courts for medicolegal evidences but not sure how to get the order or trace the lawyer. All I know right now is that the stay order has been issued on petition of one Mr.Irshad Ali from the court of Justice Shehzada Mazhar and basis as per my info is that he bought the car after being declared legal by the govt so now declaring it illegal and implementing the decision on past dates is violation of basic human rights. I am not sure how the plea taken applies to the case or not but that is what I got from the paper. I'll try to find more about it in a day or two. Lets see.

Thanks. But the Biggest problem I guess is that LHC decision is only valid in Punjab and not Islamabad. Right? What can we do here in isb

not only violation of human right but khulam khula revenge policy of the Current Govt and Judiciary. For one the scheme was launched the Same Judiciary and System was present at that time also, Why did they not issue orders to stop the scheme. Anyways, I have some news but can't exactly interpret what it means.

Asked a property dealer nearby if he knows any lawyer. He gave me the number and I called him. He seemed to be well aware of this case and I sensed I wasn't the 1st one to call him. It seems as if many people are interested in the proceedings. He gave a statement,
"Mubarak ho, Stay order has been confirmed".
He asked me to call him on Monday and he'll get the copy of the order after paying some fee.

Can anyone plz explain what does "confirmation" of stay order mean?

Second thing, my father called the agent for the car papers and he also sort of repeated the same thing, "Mubarak ho sir, Hum jeet gaye. Hopefully papers jald milna start ho jayen ***". My father didn't understand what he meant. But he did say that we'll get the papers soon so he hung up the phone.

Plz if there is some lawyer here, can you plz elaborate what both of them meant.
