Yr prashan wone ki zarorth nahi ha lahore high court ma irshad with some friends ne appeal (jis stay order 27 jun ko mila ha)ki ha us ke hearing 30 ko wohi ti next week pir wo gi aur islamabad high court ma case is pending and not fixd uptil now .Every person know the process of our courts and it takes months to sattle
dear friendz,Gud news Islamabd high court has issued stay order on day before yesterday against amnesty scheme that not to seize vehicles.and also has directed to all collectorate and agencies to not seize vehicles.

What is the sources of this news! since as yet Intra court appeal (Amnesity Scheme Case) at IHC is not fixed.so from where is this order coming....
Yr case is not fix bcz I called to ihc so how they give stay order and if it is so it wil be headline in media.
Dear My uncle is in customs. he inform me today in morning that there is no need to take tens of car seize now.and second thing is that this case will not fix easily.it will take time.
Wht is source of stay order.total of four one went for haj and siddique can't hear bcz he has given prevs decision and other is chief Justice of ihc and can't become part of bench. Now it is better v should get information about lahore high court on this matter and I feel decision will be in our fever.and last hearing was on 30 September and our case no is 3205 - 12 at rawalpandi bench in front of justice shazada mehzar.

Jab lahore high court ka judgment hahe ga tab and next hearing in LHC is on 10 and they may give decision but the real satuation v can get from irshad ali the petitionor . Can anbody go to rawalpandi bench for heraing I can't go bcz I m in quetta.
