Why does custom auction cars sells for less then normally imported cars?
Why does duplicate book/file cars sells for less then normally cars?
Why does Ac/Z etc series cars sells for less then normally imported cars?

I guess you can guess why will Amnesty Scheme cars will sell less then normally imported cars

Will govt need to notify again? I mean from what I understand from ur post is that the old notification under specific NRO was challenged in the court. Now if the court declares it legal doesn't it mean that the old notification under that SRO was legal and should be followed?

P.S. I know at least 3 persons in Multan who have got the papers after the court decision by giving some "kharcha Paani" but myself haven't been able to find anyone in Lahore. Car is registered but I have only got the receipt. Contacted an agent for the papers but he said in Lahore they are waiting for someone to come with court orders.

Ac series are for auction cars dont knw regarding Z series... duplicate book dont have that much resale value ...like others even people use to avoid duplicate number plate cars...Custom clear cars don have Bill of entry etc etc ...thats why they have less market value

i think the delay is just due to the nalayki of our system, reminds me of a scenario where the sindh government banned a series of vehicle registeration numbers 1 month after they were issued , they were in such a sleep that they let 999 cars register and than woke up to ban it again.

You are right dear, i called to agent at lahore............... he has no idea whats going on and when this ice will be melt. My car is already registered. Only waiting for registeration book . My Car's registeration details was shown by MTMIS but now it is removed.....
Dont know what will happen......... this wait is changed into Weight.......unberarable

ISB regd authority reply is simple that when they will receive the notification then r going to start reg process. One of agent suggested that if some one take a copy of court decision to regd authority and pressure them to do the regd as oder by court than then may open it to avoid any contempt of court case.

Government and judecinery cannot solve this problem of car registration . Let's go to Taliban leader this issue they will solve this very simply by one khud khus bambar attake on Islamabad eto sahib .

I think its about time we realise that nothing can be done.. Everyone jumped on the cheap cars to save some bucks but the plan backfired.. The sooner you make your peace with it the better. Aiwi itne mahino se tension mai zindagi guzar rahe hain

Can someone frm Islamabad arrange the copy of stay order? Have heard that Rawalpindi bench of Lahore high court has given the final verdict in favor of the car owners. Its copy will be available from Rawalpindi bench I guess
