Agents themselves don't seem to know what they are saying. Personally I don't think they are that reliable, all they are concerned is making more and more money out of their clients by telling them different stories. Instead of asking the agent try meeting some reliable officer in the excise and taxation office. Also ask the agent to be clear about his statement. What does he mean by nothing will be done? FBR can't confiscate the vehicles after court orders, so that means they are to be driven unregistered?? It will only work if we have the copy of the order. Anyone from Rawalpindi/Islamabad who can arrange the copy of the order?

It's been more than 4 months since this is closed.
White colour tax paying folks like us have hundreds of thousands tied for months now.
After all that we've been through, just seems like delaying tactics by the new govt.

Can we move the court against them, anybody know a lawyer who can file a complaint in SC?
