I have amnesty scheme vits 2000 model lahore registered .. i didnt receive the documents so far, anybody having update about when the documents will be provided to owners?? moreover if anybody wanna buy my car its available for sale

why FBR issued notice not to register cars.... what a joke if FBR has done so after eating 15 billion rupees tax ..............

Interesting discussion is going on, well I have visited ETO Islamabad today regarding my Jeep registration and as per ETO sab double bench of high court have only suspended the orders but haven't said that its legal so basically its still between legal and illegal and they got notification from FBR "not to registered" but no other notification to start issuing the registration again. So high court still have to decide if they its legal or not......case is still hanging, i can see few months more wait...

the Case is Confuse just like over Govt.. is confuse ....i think ishaaq daar sb have something new for all of us ... i have came to now from reliable resources they are going to charge a bit more FINE/PENALITY TO EARN MORE MONEY ..
two options are submitted by our beloved govt for this case
1) they vehicles will be turned down as illegal ..
2)the vehicle owner will have to pay 30% to 40% more all this ....

but again there is confusion why all this bull **** is for punjab or islamabad owners why not for nwfp and sindh ???

Declaring these vehicles illegal is no more option in my opinion, not because the govt loves us, but because they have already given amnesty on investment of 2.5 Crore in a business etc in order to get more and more taxes and money. If the amnesty on smuggled vehicles is declared illegal then someone will challenge the amnesty on investment of 2.5 crore too, and that's something govt. won't want.
30 or 40% extra tax may be a possibility, but again these are all rumors. Fingers crossed till the final verdict.

I will request all to not take any tension about the registration of ur amnesty scheme cleared cars.....have faith upon Allah be calm..dont think about its illegality...always keep a file with u and enjoy ur ride...no one will catch u and confiscate ur car...matter is in the court(sub judice) and it will take lot of time...dont dry ur blood nor be frustrate

se order mil gaya hay ke registration start kar do.bas ab masla ye hay ke un ki jo officer hain wo out of country hay jasay hi wo wapas aye gi meeting main sab tay ho jaye ga..

Karachi n KPK ky number open hain lakin ye Islamabad r Punjab waly logon ko kio preshan kr ry hain, KPK main to registration ka koi msla ni , Kya isbd r Punjab courts sy drty hain, Govts ko pta hai ky ye public interest ka msla hi r logon ny billions of tax pay kya hua hai, R jo registrAtion sy tax mly ga wo bi millions mai ho ga.

As you know that the IHC, double bench has issued a stay order against the decision of single bench so the registration process is not likely to start till the final decision of IHC.

hello..i just double check my work on ETO office again and they says what my friend earlier talk about that they received letter from court but they say that (sorry ji wo madam abhi taak nahi aye wo ajaye to bata dein *** tab tak wait karein ).
lakin ab ak naye baat sonay main aye hay ke fata main loog bari tadad main gariyan lay rahay hain because they think as march dobara amnesty scheme a rahi hay..and i have conformed it because i am also from fata..but cant conformed that amnety scheme is true.because after what we suffered people should avoid such schemes.......

All over Pakistan, police knows the position of Amnesty vehicles due to hesitation to register the cars by the ETOs. However, Police of our country also pays salute to money means most of the police .................
