I visited the registration office in dha Lahore, they told me that my car's documents are complete except for NOC. The person said you'll need 2 NOC from Karachi customs since your car was cleared through Karachi.
I need to know how to get this NOC. When buying the car, I didn't get any NOC. Kindly PM me any workaround or solution for this problem as soon as possible.

Registration process for amnesty cleared vehicles have started in Islamabad ... if u wish to get your vehicle registered all u have to do is go to ETO office ... u need not check on the authenticity of this news as i am sure some of u are already aware of this ...

Nope, I went there to register my civic but when I asked him about the fees he said "bhai pehlay aap documents to puray le aen phir hum dekh k bataengay k kitni fees hai".

I visited Rawalpindi ETO. They are saying NOC is missing. Now on Monday i will go to Islamabad Excise office. Lets see ?

How to get NOC. I also dont have NOC. Lahore exise also demanding NOC

Actually the vehicles cleared from Quetta. They don't have NOC. The just Deliver DO which includes all papers etc.

KPK vehicles comes with NOC for registration ?

Now i will try to tell them wait for update ?

Islamabad Excise havnt started accepting files for registeration yet.Also they are not yet issueing Books to previously registered cars,very slow and corrupt department.

May na saray bhaiyo ko pehlay bataya tha k isb mai tuesday sa atle ho gii proper files submission, han lab or 15 start ho gae hae but file abi ni lay ray,because aik tou booth wala prob hae second yeh k lab jin ki ho gae hae un k records forensic lab sa excise ni aai abi tak,ap ki lab ka aik tou certificate hota hae dosra backend p pics or report hoti haen, jo un k pass hoti haen!!

Yar kisi ko koi without NOC registration krwanay wala agent mila to mujhay b uska number day day

You need to contact back with fbr /customs to get missing document.
folliwing docs will b reqd
Fbr letter/delivery order
Order in orignal
Bank challan orignal copy of the duty paid.

If you have any missing,its better to obtain it from concerned authority else these agents will charge you heavily and no gurantee of proper work.

But meri tou jahan tak information hae quetta wali gariyo ka koi noc ni means jo udr sa clear hui haen, I ve only three papers, order letter, fbr recipt, n national bank custom payment recipt, is k sat lab report plus 15 attach ho gee , told to me by an agent last time when reg was open, kindly help...
