I registered my Toyota Vitz 2001 model today from Rawalpndi. its cleared from Quetta and without NOC.
Firstly i contacted many agents and they are saying about NOC from Quetta but i dont have NOC. One of them is said to me
that give me 30k and i will complete and process your file exculding registration fee.
then i decided to meet the inspector and tell him the whole story that you register my car and then your department have to send registration file to quetta for verification and then they will give NOC to particular department.
He said to me to write and application and mark from ETO officer. after that we will consider your case of registration.
then there are some of the steps which are not difficult and i suggest that you should try yourself instead of agents.
Documents are Delivery order , Original Bank Challan, FBR letter, 15 Report, Fransic Laboratory Report.
After inspection of car by inspector.
They will give you a template of Affidavit and you have to write it on Stamp paper of RS.100 and then if you are not the first owner on papers then have to collect a TO form from GPO and fill it.
4 then you have to pay the dues and thats it.
My total cost of registration is about 26k.
