Amnesty in big cc engine car is kind of trouble due to huge taxes . Like a 3400cc wht on transfer is 250000rs for ntn n 450000rs for non ntn users same goes to 2500cc to 3000cc tax is higher . Less cc has less taxes

I dont think its that much high. Please see transfer fee.
