Vehicle excise token tax - Punjab (2019)

Aoa,

I (from Rawalpindi) have Honda civic 1998 Model 1600cc, Lahore registered (Named on deceased father).

I want to know:
1. the deadline of Excise token tax
2. current way to pay tax (online system, post office or any other )
3. amount of tax

Last year I paid through Post Office (they attached receipt on registration book, but not updated online, portal show 2017 last payment).

Punjab Token tax in 2020 made online, both check the fee and pay. Use this PW link to know the steps.
