I bought a used 2016 Wagon R today. Previous Owner vehicle token tax was pending and he paid me the pending amount. Now when I try to generate PSID I am getting this error:
vehicle has issued noc due to default withholding tax is recoverable
visit excise office to clear this upthere is some other payment which is due on this car

Yes, issue was resolved. There were no additional charges.
Sir I have also this problem. I buyed used car but last 2 years ky tax paid nahi Hain or online yehi issued a Raha hai ??
if unable to pay online due to some msgvisit excise to get it fixed / taken care off

Visit the excise office. They will unblock your file. And you will be able to pay charges.
