Vehicle Information Required

Hey everyone. We used to own a Toyota Corolla 1983 (ke-70) , Abbottabad registered back in the days. My grandfather bought it new and was later sold by one of my uncles (without telling us).
I couldn't afford to buy that car even though I knew the person who bought it. And the last time I know the car was in Charsadda, KPK.
Now Alhamdullilah I can afford to buy the car back.
I wanted to see if I can find any help in tracing the vehicle. I have the original license plates from the car with me as a memory.
I want to bring that same car to factory condition and gift it to my father.

best approach will be reaching out to abbotabad excise office request an agent to help you with record of vehicle documentation. abbotabad & charsadda being districts of KPK if there is excise data system interconnectivity you will be able to trace current owner as per govt records with cnic & address. Unless the vehicle is running over an open letter, that's only correct approach for you.
