Vehicle Registration Book (Punjab)

Hi everyone,

I recently got my hands on my car's registration book, which was issued in Lahore back in 2016. I can’t remember if it had a tear-off page in the registration book that you can keep in the car.

Does anyone here know if Punjab registration books issued in 2016 had a similar tear-off page? I can't seem to find it in mine, but I wanted to check if it's something I might have missed.

Long time back when they issue the new registration book (Passport book), then sometimes they tear-off the old book. (Boley tu purani wali book kay Safay phaarr daity thay). But that old book was given to owner again for records.
But this practice didn't go for long time.
