"Vehicle Tracking", how many of you would be interested in this

I am planning to introduce a vehicle tracking system in Pakistan, and this is just a primarily survey to see if people would be interested in such kind of systems or not. The system can:

Show the location of your vehicle on PC / Mobile
Send mileage / maintenance notifications over mobile and through email
Send over speeding notification over mobile and through email
Send notifications over mobile and through email if the vehicle goes out of a predefined area

The approximate cost for installation would be around Rs. 10,000-15,000 with a monthly service charges of approximately Rs. 1500-3000 depending on the services activated.

I am planning to move back to Pakistan this December I have already tested a prototype in Pakistan and now I am really looking forward to set up this system. But now I need feeback from the market which is you guys :).

I am open to all kinds of comments / suggestion / feedback

most off people would have been interested if there was no monthly fees

People who would have higher disposable incomes or Big Businesses would be interested in this but majority of people in our country are middle class working people, who fit in "Chor Locks" in their cars or other cheaper ways to save their cars.

Nice prices as compared to existing ones but its not about price only but about the Quality of the service and the Customer Services which will be built after the organisation/company starts its operations.

Also another option would be to target Organisations so that they can get their vehicles tracked.

these sort of trackers are already available with all those features at around 8 to 12k annual. One time installation between 12-16k. Some even offer recovery services.

Thank you for your feedback, I agree with your observation that the cost might be a little too high for middle class, but we are intersted in bringing this technology to middle class in addition to the corporate sector, and maybe for that we need to revise our business plan, once again thank you for your feedback

nice i wud like to have it but again price is the issue... i mean a person that can afford 1million car, for him, 10k or 15k extra for security is nothing bt monthly fee ummm i guess not a good idea.. coz it almost makes 36k per year and we already have to pay lotsa taxes per anum... if the monthly fee is reduced to umm 500 to 600 than i guess it "MAY" attract buyers..

If its only 'tracking' service, probably not a very attractive idea. However, if it could remotely disable a vehicle being stolen, like big tracker companies do, than there are more chances of success.
Again, there is an need to clarify if it has any 'counter-disabling' quality, i.e. if a car thief is jamming the signal etc, can it bypass the jamming signals? Most of the trackers have failed here because thieves use jammers to block the tracking service.

bro here in Pakistan, tracking system isn't helpful bcz here thieves hav more better tech then tracking sysem...
