Vehicle transfer fee in Karachi

can anybody tell me the procedure if vehicle transfer fee of used vitz for non filer including withholdig tax.

Agent will charge you around 4500 and tax will be around 1100 for six months

Agent Charge 4500 transfer .1300 (tax 9000+400 withholding tax) for 6 month.2200 for 1 year for 1300 CC.
Agent Charge 4500 transfer .900 for 6 month.(tax500+400 withholding tax) for 1 year 1400 for 1000 CC.
