I have a bank leased car, recently leasing completed. The bank took Rs. 6500 for transfer of ownership. Is it justified? I'm filer and car is 2015 Mehran. Bcoz according to calculator it's Rs 1400 and including agent fee it should be maximum around Rs. 3000 in total.

PKR 1400 is just fee, there are also some taxes involves. exact amount can be inquired by excise office.
