Vehicle Transfer if the owner is outside Country

Salam!

I am living in Europe and planning to sale my car. If I cannot visit Pakistan due to some personal reason, Is there any way to transfer to new owner? Is it possible to go to Pakistani Embassy to get the verification paper if they have access to Nadra or have the application used in Pakistan for such thing or any other option?

I believe you can make power of attorney for a person of your trust and get it attested from local Pakistan embassy, person nominated on power of attorney can act on your behalf for this or other matter mentioned in the document.
Once received in Pakistan, the recipient does need to register power of attorney it to be valid with ministry of foreign affairs.
