ok i went again to excise in room 2. I told him that i submitted the form and inspection was done on 5th Aug but still car is not transferred on my name.
He said to who you summitted the form, i said to you.
then he checked his mobile and said i was not even present on 5th and you must have submitted in adjacent room 4.
I went to room 4 after waiting 30 min no person came so i went home.
Today again i went to room 4 told him same thing. He asked me vehicle number and put it into his pc. Quickly clicked next next next without seeing anything and told me to go room 1 to Sharif sahab.
So i went to Sharif sahab whose name is very deseptive because his parents chossed his name by some mistake. in reality he is very agitated person because may be he had fight with his wife before coming to ofc.
i was just starting to speak with him and he cut me and said "Bahi number bolo" i told him car number and heard few clicks and he gestured with his hand done.
Came back home and checked on website Now Car Is On My Name
Summary they require just a form F. Car out side office for pics. and thats it.

From September A Vehicles will not be on individuals name but only the number plates will be.
Also i want to ask that How to get New Card from excise as i dont want to receive it from delivery. in day time im sleeping and its hectic for me.
